I ohoned the office to query something before the journey and althought the confimation e-mail was correct, the office had dated the return collection as the same day as the outward journey. There would obviously have been a problem if wehad not phoned. The girls in the office were excellent each time I phoned."

I spoke to Allander Cars direct to sort it out as your website advises. Allander did not have your web booking and took mine over the phone. I leave my house in an Allander car and the Allander controller phones me within minutes to ask where I am as there is another car at my door. I have paid the Allander drivers for both journeys to and from the airport but it appears you have charged me. How do I get my double charge money back? I think I may need to go to Tripadvisor and other Social Media. I await your response."

Your paperwork also state's that all flights will be tracked so as to limit any waiting charges if delayed. I booked a pick up for 11.20 although our flight was due to land at 10.20 (and did) thus allowing a comfort break and coffee The taxi firm phoned me at 11.20 asking if we had landed and had we got our luggage I confirmed we had and were waiting the car was then dispatched so had a further 25 minute wait .......not impressed !!!"

The driver and the person on the phone were apologetic but this was too little too late as I could have taken a taxi right there and then and went to glasgow and back in the time of my waiting"
